Transform Triggers Into Truth: Respond vs. React (OLLI)

Course number : HL207

« back to classes page

Triggers aren’t the problem. The stories we attach to them are. Learn how to create space after a trigger so you can respond thoughtfully rather than react and to better understand what’s really going on. This interactive class explores the science behind triggers, two states of mind that shape our reactions, and a simple four-step process to become “response-able.” Through real-life examples and guided reflection, you’ll uncover the hidden beliefs fueling your reactions and discover how to shift from fear-driven protection to thoughtful, intentional responses. The result is clearer communication, less conflict, and stronger relationships.
