This interactive course explores how patterns of thinking are formed and how they can be refreshed through principles drawn from cognitive science, creativity research, and neuroplasticity. Participants will examine attention, habitual thinking, and the role of novelty and physical movement in supporting mental engagement and cognitive flexibility. Through guided exercises, discussion, and real-life examples, the course introduces practical methods for approaching ideas from new perspectives and strengthening focus. Participants will experience these techniques firsthand and reflect on how they apply to everyday thinking.

Each session builds on key concepts to support flexible thinking, continued learning, and intellectual curiosity.
