Enhance respiration and self-induce a calmer state to manage the trauma of this crisis whether you are stuck at home or on the front lines of this pandemic. Tap into the empowerment of yoga’s life-enhancing methods of mindfulness, pranayama, and meditation to impact your body’s immunity under stress and transform anxiety into healthy responses and problem-solving. In a time when we may feel helpless, learn what you can do to be ready and resilient with resources to recover.

Students will need to have the following in order to participate in this class:
