We each think that we’re right. When we have strong views and someone disagrees, we often say they pushed our buttons. We then respond emotionally rather than rationally. We see this today, particularly, in our political discussions. It also happens with our children, friends, family, and colleagues. We can even say we’ve been “triggered.” This course is a thoughtful, enjoyable, and easy way to understand how triggers work. You will also learn how to diffuse your triggers and discover new ways to think about communication and have fun in the process.
