In this class students build their digital 3D skills by learning how to paint textures on an alien model for a game engine. Working in Adobe Substance 3D Painter, students will become familiar with the principles of PBR (physically based rendering) texturing and lighting. Class will take place in the Ringling College Game Art labs. All skill levels are welcome. This is a great opportunity for students interested in game art, Illustration, animation, and virtual reality. Please bring a sketchbook, pencil, and eraser to class.
