(beginner - intermediate)

This is a unique opportunity to learn how to blend your interest in the technical aspects of pen and ink drawing with the fluidity of watercolor painting. In a pen, ink, and wash painting the sharp edges created are primarily produced with the pen and ink. The technique is freely used to make preparatory sketches for paintings, with the pen line providing accurate detail and colored washes (or brushstrokes) suggesting tone, valume, and atmosphere to express a soft yet defined image.
