Please note: A membership is not required to enroll in Studio classes, however OLLI Gold, Sapphire and Emerald members, and Sarasota Art Museum members do receive a discount. OLLI at Ringling College Member Benefits

PLEASE NOTE:
Silver, Gold, Sapphire and Emerald Memberships are specific to OLLI at Ringling College located at the Sarasota Art Museum on the Ringling College Museum Campus, 1001 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34236. Benefits for the Silver, Gold, Sapphire, and Emerald Membership only apply to OLLI at Ringling College programming. These memberships are listed as "OLLI Silver Membership ($35)" , "OLLI Gold Membership ($100)", "OLLI Sapphire Membership($250)", and "OLLI Emerald Membership ($500)" in the drop down menu at the bottom of this page.

Annual memberships are for 365 days from the date you join or renew.

You must be a OLLI Member to register for a multi-session course or workshop. You do not need a membership to register for lectures.

Silver Membership (annual membership fee of $35; $35 is tax deductible)

As a Silver Member, you will receive:

Gold Membership (annual membership fee of $100; $75 is tax deductible)

Includes all the benefits of Silver Membership, PLUS:

• Early Registration
• Discounts on courses and lectures
• Invitation to Spring Mixer
• Subscription to Ringling College Creative Connections e-newsletter

Sapphire Membership (annual membership fee of $250; $185 is tax deductible)

Includes all the benefits of Gold and Silver Membership, PLUS:

• Invitation to Susan Samelson Lecture
• Recognition in OLLI Catalog
• Subscription to Ringling College Creative Connections annual magazine

Emerald Membership (annual membership fee of $500; $320 is tax deductible)

Includes all the benefits of Sapphire, Gold and Silver Membership, PLUS:

• Invitation to Ringling College special gallery exhibition openings
• Invitation to Emerald Reception with guest speaker

Note: Membership in OLLI is not transferrable. Spouses or partners must have their own individual memberships. Emerald, Sapphire, Gold and Silver Memberships are non-refundable. 

OLLI Membership Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an OLLI membership to register for a class?
You must have a membership at the Emerald, Sapphire, Gold, or Silver level to register for a multi-session class (e.g., classes that are scheduled for two or more weeks).

Can I upgrade my OLLI membership?
 You may upgrade your membership at any time. Please note that upgrades require the purchase of a new membership at the current membership rate. Previously paid membership fees cannot be applied as credit toward the cost of a new membership.

If I upgrade my OLLI membership, does that increase my chances of getting into popular classes?
No. Membership at any level does not guarantee a seat in a class.

 If I change my mind, can I get a refund on my OLLI membership?
Once you use your OLLI membership to register for any fee-based program that requires a membership, you cannot receive a refund.

Do I need an OLLI membership to take a lecture?
You do not need a membership to register for a single-session program (e.g., a one-time lecture or workshop). Please note that there are no refunds on single-session programs.
